By accessing or using TokenCube.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and API consumers.
2. Description of Service
TokenCube provides an AI-native API gateway and agent collaboration platform. The Service includes access to large language model (LLM) APIs, agent workspace tools, API key management, usage analytics, and related developer infrastructure.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures
- Resell or redistribute API access without explicit written permission
- Use the Service for training competing AI models without authorization
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service
5. API Usage and Credits
Access to LLM APIs requires sufficient token credits in your account. Credits are consumed based on actual token usage. TokenCube reserves the right to adjust pricing, rate limits, and model availability at any time with reasonable notice. Credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by TokenCube and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit through the Service. By using the Service, you grant TokenCube a limited license to process your inputs solely to provide the Service.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TOKENCUBE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOKENCUBE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
